3 Fat Burning Weight-Loss Drinks

Turmeric & Curry leaves drink

Ingredients
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 20-22 curry leaves
  • ¼ tsp. turmeric powder
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp. honey

Steps In Making Turmeric & Curry leaves drink

  1. Heat water in a pan.
  2. Add cumin seeds, curry leaves, turmeric powder and black pepper powder.
  3. Boil them for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Sieve and add honey.
  5. The first ayurvedic drink is ready.

Ginger & Cinnamon Drink

Ingredients
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 inch ginger piece
  • 1 big cinnamon stick
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice

Steps In Making Ginger & Cinnamon Drink

  1. Heat water in a pan.
  2. Add the cinnamon stick and ginger.
  3. Let it boil for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add lemon juice, sieve and drink.

Cumin & Fenugreek Drink

Ingredients
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp. cumin seeds
  • 1 tbsp. meethi dana/ fenugreek

Steps In Making Cumin & Fenugreek Drink

  1. Heat water in a pan.
  2. Add cumin and fenugreek seeds
  3. Let it boil for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Sieve and drink.
