Matar Pulao
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons ghee/clarified butter
- 12-15 cashews
- 1 teaspoon black pepper corns
- 8-10 cloves
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds/jeera
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 star anise
- 2 medium onions finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup
