- 1 cup thin poha/flattened rice
- 2-3 tablespoons Safola Gold oil
- 1 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 20-25 curry leaves
- ½ cup raw peanuts
- ½ cup cashews
- ¼ cup almonds
- ¼ cup sunflower seeds
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
