2-Ingredient Chocolate Fudge in 10 Minutes

Homemade chocolate fudge recipe using only 2 ingredients. This is the easiest chocolate fudge recipe that can be made in less than 10 minutes. A must try if you are a chocolate lover.

  • 300g dark chocolate
  • 400g condensed milk, 1 tin

Steps In Making Chocolate Fudge

  1. Prepare the loaf pan in which you will set the chocolate. Cover it with aluminium foil or parchment paper, leaving some foil paper on the sides. (it’s important to have handles, as once the fudge is set, it can easily be pulled out from the pan.) Now grease it with butter from all sides and keep it aside.
  2. Roughly chop the chocolate in small pieces.
  3. Melt the chocolate using double boiler method. Take a vessel and fill 1/3 of it with water, put it on medium flame. Now place a large bowl on it, make sure it doesn’t touch the water.
  4. In it add chopped chocolate and butter and keep stirring it continuously till it melts completely.
  5. Now add the condensed milk and mix till it slightly thickens.
  6. The chocolate fudge mixture is ready.
  7. Pour it in the prepared tin and let it set in the refrigerator overnight.

Recipe Notes

  • A combination of dark and milk chocolate also tastes great.
  • Chocolate can be melted using a microwave too.
  • If you want the chocolate fudge to be firm, then cook it, till the chocolate and condensed milk mixture thickens.

11. Pour it in the prepared tin and let it set in the refrigerator overnight.

12. Once the chocolate fudge is completely set, remove it from the foil paper.

13. Cut it into small pieces.

14. Enjoy!
