Ingredients
- 6 bread slices
- 1 tablespoon butter at room temperature
- 1 onion thinly sliced
- 1 tomato thinly sliced
- chaat masala to sprinkle
- black pepper powder to sprinkle
- salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons green chutney
- 1 boiled potato thinly sliced
- 1 cucumber thinly sliced
- 1 capsicum thinly sliced
- chaat masala to sprinkle
- black pepper powder to sprinkle
- salt to taste
- 2 cheese slice

Steps In Making
- To prepare the sandwich take all the bread slices and cut their sides to give it a fine finish.
- Now evenly spread butter on one of the slice.
- Cover the bread slice with 4 thin slices of onion, followed by tomatoes.
- Now sprinkle some salt, black pepper powder and chaat masala on top.
- Cover it with another bread slice and now spread a layer of green chutney on top of it.
- Place thinly sliced boiled potatoes, cucumber and capsicum. Once again sprinkle some more black pepper powder, chaat masala and salt.
- Finally add a cheese slice and cover the sandwich with another bread slice.
- Cut it into tringle shapes and serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney.

- You can use any veggies of your choice.
- You can use brown bread, multigrain bread or any other sandwich bread of your choice.
