Watermelon Popsicle

Ingredients

  • 2 cups – watermelon roughly chopped
  • ½ teaspoon pink salt

Steps In Making Watermelon Popsicle

  1. In a mixer grinder or fruit processor add the chopped watermelon and pink salt and puree them for 2 minutes  or until smooth
  2. Sieve the watermelon juice.
  3. Pour the mixture in the popsicle mould.
  4. Cover the mould and insert the ice cream sicks.
  5. Freeze for 6-7 hours or preferably overnight.
  6. After removing the moulds from the freezer, run them under water for 10-15 seconds to loosen up the popsicles.

4. Sieve the watermelon juice.

Creamy Mango Popsicle

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (1 medium) mango roughly chopped
  • ¼ cup (60ml) coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon honey

Steps In Making Creamy Mango Popsicle

  1. In a mixer grinder or fruit processor add the chopped mangoes, coconut milk and honey. Puree for 2 minutes  or until smooth.
  2. Add some chopped mangoes in the popsicle mould and then pour the mango mixture we prepared in it.
  3. Cover the mould and insert the ice cream sicks.
  4. Freeze for 6-7 hours or preferably overnight.
  5. After removing the moulds from the freezer, run them under water for 10-15 seconds to loosen up the popsicles.

Juicy Orange Popsicle

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (240ml) orange juice
  • ½ teaspoon pink salt
  • 2 tablespoon honey

Steps In Making Juicy Orange Popsicle Recipe

  1. In a bowl add orange juice, pink salt and honey and mix until well combined.
  2. Pour the liquid in the popsicle mould.
  3. Cover the mould and insert the ice cream sicks.
  4. Freeze for 6-7 hours or preferably overnight.
  5. After removing the moulds from the freezer, run them under water for 10-15 seconds to loosen up the popsicles.

1. Take orange juice and add pink salt in it.

2. Now add honey and mix everything together.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mixed fruit ( kiwi, mangoes, grapes, watermelon) any fruit of your choice
  • ½ cup (120ml) coconut water
  • ½ cup (120ml) sugarcane juice

Steps In Making Mixed Fruit Popsicle

  1. Put the mixed fruits in the ice cream moulds, cover till the top.
  2. Pour coconut water in some popsicle moulds and sugarcane juice in the rest of the moulds till the top.
  3. Cover the mould and insert the ice cream sicks.
  4. Freeze for 6-7 hours or preferably overnight.
  5. Run the moulds under water to loosen up the popsicles.

  1. Put the mixed fruits in the popsicle moulds.

2. Pour coconut water in some popsicle moulds and sugarcane juice in the rest of the moulds till the top.

3. Cover the mould and insert the ice cream sicks. Freeze for 6-7 hours or preferably overnight.
