When you are ruining late for work or very hungry in the evening. Then these 5 minute healthy sandwiches will come to your rescue. They are delicious, versatile and very easy to make.
Ingredients
Healthy 5 Minute Vegetable Sandwich
- 3 tablespoons hung curd
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper powder
- ¼ teaspoon red chilli flakes
- ¼ teaspoon oregano
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons cabbage, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons carrot, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons tomatoes, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons capsicum, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons yellow bell pepper, finely chopped
- 2 iceberg lettuce leaves
- 4 slices toasted brown bread

Steps In Making
- To prepare the vegetable sandwich filling, in a bowl add hung curd and all the spices, salt, black pepper powder, red chilli flakes, salt and oregano and mix well.
- Now add all the veggies and mix till everything is well combined.
- To assemble the sandwich, take 2 slices of toasted brown bread and put an iceberg lettuce on top of it.
- Now add a large spoonful of the vegetable filling and evenly spread it on the bread slice.
- Cover it with another toasted bread. The 5 minute healthy vegetable sandwich is ready.

- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 4 slices toasted brown bread
- 1 large banana, sliced
- 1 teaspoon dried cranberries
- 1 pinch cinnamon powder (optional)
Steps In Making
- In a bowl add peanut butter, flax seeds and sunflower seeds and mix well.
- To assemble the sandwich, take 2 slices of toasted brown bread and add a large spoonful of the peanut butter on one slice and evenly spread it.
- Now cover it with sliced bananas.
- Put some dried cranberries.
- Sprinkle some cinnamon powder and cover it with another toasted bread. The 5 minute healthy peanut butter sandwich is ready.
