  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¼ cup instant or rolled oats
  • ¼ cup yogurt or curd
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon honey

Steps In Making Banana & Oats Smoothie

  1. In a blender first add milk and yogurt followed by the rest of the ingredients and blend together till everything is well combined and it forms into a smoothie.
  2. Pour in a glass and serve immediately.
