Ingredients For Banana, Peanut Butter & Oats Smoothie
- 1 frozen banana
- ¼ cup instant or rolled oats
- ¼ cup yogurt or curd
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon honey

- In a blender first add milk and yogurt followed by the rest of the ingredients and blend together till everything is well combined and it forms into a smoothie.
- Pour in a glass and serve immediately.
