- 8-10 cashews
- 4 almonds
- 1 tablespoon pistachios
- 10-12 saffron strands
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1½ cups cold milk
Steps In Making Dry Fruit Milkshake
- Soak the dry fruits in some milk for 10-15 minutes.
- In a blender add all the ingredients, soaked nuts, sugar, saffron strands and milk.
- Now blend together till everything is well combined and it forms into a smooth milkshake.
- Pour in a glass and serve immediately.

- 5 dates
- 1½ cups cold milk
- 1 tablespoon raisins

- Soak the dates in water for 20-25 minutes. Then drain the excess water.
- In a blender add all the ingredients, soaked dates, sugar and milk.
- Now blend together till everything is well combined and it forms into a smooth milkshake
- Pour in a glass and serve immediately.
Ingredients For Apple & Banana Milkshake
- 1 medium banana
- 1 small apple
- ½ teaspoon cardamom powder
- 1½ cups cold milk
- 2 teaspoons sugar
