Who doesn’t love Oreos? Oh we all do! For the love of oreos I have made this oreo ice cream recipe which is so easy and delicious and can be made with only 3 ingredients. Everyone at my home loves this oreo ice cream and it gets over within no time. Ingredients
- 1 cup (240ml) whipping cream
- ½ cup (120ml) condensed milk
- 2 big packets (120g) of oreos
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps In Making Oreo Ice Cream
- In a zip lock bag add the oreo’s and roughly crush them with a rolling pin.
- In a large chilled bowl take chilled whipping cream and with a hand beater or a whisk beat for around 1 minute till it becomes slightly thick.
- Now add condensed milk, vanilla extract and beat till it forms stiff peaks.
- Add the crushed oreo’s and gently fold them into the whipping cream.
- Transfer the ice cream in a bowl and cover it with a cling wrap or a lid.
- Keep it in the freezer for 5-6 hours or preferably overnight.
- Store in the freezer for upto 6 weeks.
Recipe Notes
- Always use chilled whipping cream, else it won’t whip nicely.
- Don’t over beat the whipping cream else it might release butter.
- Can use any flavour of oreos. I have taken a mix of chocolate and regular.
- Covered the ice cream with a lid or cling wrap before freezing else it might form water crystals on the top.

7. Whip till it forms stiff peaks.
8. Now add the crushed oreo’s.
9. Gently fold the crushed oreos into the whipping cream.
10. The ice cream mixture is ready.
11. Pour it into a bowl.
12. Smooth the surface and keep it in the freezer for 5-6 hours or preferably overnight.
13. Store in refrigerator for upto 6 weeks.
