- In another bowl add corn flour and cold milk and mix until smooth.
- Now add the corn flour slurry and the red food colour in the milk and while stirring it continuously cook for 3-4 minutes or till the mixture gets slightly thick. Do not overcook else the rose milk pudding will become hard.
- Immediately pour the rose milk pudding batter in the bowls and let them set in the refrigerator for upto 2 hours.
- Now gently separate the sides of the pudding with the help of your finger and transfer it on a plate.
- Garnish with some pistachios and rose petals.
- Rose milk pudding is ready to be served. This recipe makes 6-7 servings.
Recipe Notes
- Do not over cook the rose milk pudding, else it wont remain very soft.
- You can adjust the sugar as per your preference.
- After adding corn flour slurry in the milk make sure you keep stirring it continuously else it will form lumps.
