Ingredients
- 6 large sandwich bread slices
- 1 cup cabbage, finely chopped
- ½ cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
- ½ cup capsicum, finely chopped
- ½ cup onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup carrot, grated
- 5-6 tablespoons mayonnaise
- ½ teaspoon black pepper powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter

Steps In Making
- In a large bowl add all the veggies- cabbage, carrots, capsicum, red bell peppers and onions. Now add salt, black pepper powder and mix well.
- Further add the mayonnaise and mix till everything is well combined. The spread is ready.
- Now take a two bread slices and cut the sides with the help of a sharp knife.
- Generously spread the vegetable mixture on one bread slice and cover it with the second slice. Cut it any shape and immediately serve.
- For mayonnaise toast sandwich, follow the same procedure and then spread butter on the top slice and then toast it on a tawa or grill over medium heat until golden brown from both sides.
- Serve immediately.
Recipe Notes
- Can add any veggies of your choice like corn, cucumber etc.
- Can also apply green chutney or cheese slice on the bread slices before applying the mayonnaise mixture.
