- 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- ½ teaspoon black salt
- regular salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon ginger
