Ingredients
- 1½ cup (200g) whole wheat flour/atta
- ½ cup (70g) refined flour/maida
- 2 tablespoons clarified butter/ghee
- water as required
- 2 tablespoons clarified butter/ghee
- 2 cups (200g) fresh grated coconut
- 1 cup jaggery/gud
- 5-6 cashews roughly chopped
- 5-6 almonds roughly chopped
