Here I have shared my most favourite banana smoothie recipes in two different flavours. These smoothies are not only quick and easy to make but are extremely delicious and power packed with all the good nutrients, fats and protein. A perfect breakfast for a quick and busy day.

Ingredients For Banana & Vanilla Smoothie

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 5-6 cashews
  • 1 cup milk

Steps In Making Banana & Vanilla Smoothie

  1. In a blender first add banana followed by the rest of the ingredients and blend together till everything is well combined and it forms into a smoothie.

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 6-7 almonds
  • 2 tablespoons coffee decoction
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup milk
