Ingredients
Boil Corn
- 1 litre water for boiling
- ½ teaspoon sugar
- 1 pinch turmeric
- 3 cups sweet corn
Buttery & Creamy Corn Chaat
- 1 cup boiled sweet corns
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 pinch black pepper powder
- salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Pizza Corn Chaat
- 1 cup boiled sweet corns
- 1 tablespoon butter
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning/oregano
- ½ teaspoon chilli flakes
- 1 tablespoon pizza sauce or ketchup
- 1 small cheese cube
Street Style Masala Corn Chaat
- 1 cup boiled sweet corns
- ¼ cup tomatoes finely chopped
- ¼ cup onions finely chopped
- 1 green chilli finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon raw mango finely chopped
- ¼ teaspoon red chilli powder
- ¼ teaspoon chaat masala
- ¼ teaspoon black salt
- ¼ teaspoon cumin/jeera powder
- 1 tablespoon green chutney
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons nylon sev
- 3-4 papdi
- Pomegranate for garnishing

Steps In Making Corn Chaat
- Boil some water and then add sugar and turmeric powder.
- Further add the sweet corn and let it boil on high heat for 6-7minutes or until the corn swells up and turns soft.
- Once done, drain the excess water.
- Now divide the corn into three parts.
- To make the buttery and creamy sweet corn, add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix till everything is well combined. Once done, serve immediately.
- To make the pizza sweet corn, add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix till everything is well combined. Pizza sweet corn is ready, grate some cheese on top and serve immediately.
- To make the street style sweet corn, add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix till everything is well combined. Serve immediately. Garnish with some extra sev and coriander.
Recipe Notes
- Always add little sugar while boiling the corn, it will add a very mild sweetness to the corn.
- Do not over boil the corn else they will become hard.
- You can adjust the quantity of the chutneys as per your preference.
